Ok, now that I see the pic, I see how it is done. But what is the benefit over conventional construct?

Tuomo, in addition to the aero and mechanical benefits previously mentioned, some of the molding benefits are:
- Hinge is precisely located and straight.
- Hinge fabric is naturally pinched dry and forced very close to the surface during layup so very little scoring is needed.
- Wiper is molded to a very precise geometry and is vastly lighter and stronger than an ugly handmade microballoon wiper.
- Post-mold finishing is greatly simplified and expedited. Just a mold-defined strip of material to remove and some light scoring.

Sorry for going off topic, I don't think the Precision uses any such techniques. It's just an example of some of the cleverly addressed details we may expect from Samba.

I see it has a square joiner for the V-tail, also a nice detail.

There is a flat part (~20 cm long) outside the fuselage to tape the 2.4Ghz antenna externally. Then, the nose cone is fiberglass and can be put in place without touching the antenna. The second antenna must be in the fuselage at 90°.

I will do a picture of this part of the fuselage.

I have seen lockouts with such arrangements (nosecone fiberglass, rest carbon) in the F3B Eurotour.

Can work (maybe no issue in F3F where you fly close by), but for far away flying in duration I would hope they could change the front part entirely to glass or kevlar.

But it does not change that it is a very cool plane!
