Wrong Part Sent & Back Order Solution offer

You dudes sent me a GREY canopy instead of the WHITE canopy I ordered that goes on my red/white T-28.
Should I send back the grey one?
Will you ship me the correct part, please?
Also, your red cowl (60P-T28-06-Red) was listed as "in stock" when I ordered it, but I received a backorder notice the day after. But your email claims it was shipped....(see below)
Could you send me the grey cowl instead and I'll just paint it? 60P-T28-06-Grey
So I need the correct canopy and a red or grey cowl to "fix" my order.

Okay.... I've waited patiently for 15 days and not as much as a shipping notice has been sent -- never mind the parts...
So now what?
Should I give Sam a call?

We have already placed a request to ship you out the canopy and cowl today. Please give our shipping department time to generate and update the system. Thanks for the patience and let us know how everything turned out
