I'm interested in acquiring it if someone post positive feedback.

Description at another chinese online store:
Quote:
600mW full power, no frequency drift, it can work reliably even without heat sink, long distance.
* For reference, when use 14db plate type antenna for receiver, our customer reached 5-6Km without image break off during test.
At goodluckbuy it's a little bit more expensive:

http://www.goodluckbuy.com/dalrc-diy...?&currency=usd 47.4$

Wow! measured 649mW

Looks like that the version of this transmitter that is not DIY has been tested with immersionRC power meter and seems truthful:

Surveilzone sells the same 600mw transmitter:

http://www.surveilzone.com/5.8g-32ch...-tx-fpv-ws1195 46$ free shipping

It says XAT brand but I think that it's the same hardware as DALRC

I've got one (DAL TX600) on order but don't have any test equipment so won't be able to give any scientific input. Note that the SZ transmitter linked above includes a mushroom antenna. The base price $41 tx at BG doesn't (similar price $46 or so for one including an antenna).

I sell these and will not ever sell anything else. It's the best bang for the buck!!!

The input is the same as the output, so be careful powering cameras. But for a 3s configuration, it's plug and play via a servo lead to a board camera.

I fly this in parks through trees and they work great!!!

So it's not outputting +5V ? but it's a direct derivation if the input ?
Good to know ...

Would be great to watch a video flying through trees so we can compare with other transmitters, do you happen to have any dvr footage?. What antennas are you using with it?

thanks

The banggood readymade version (http://www.banggood.com/DAL-TX600-FP...-p-958539.html) should ouput 5v according to the specs:

Quote:
Input Voltage: 7-26V
Output Voltage: 5V(for Gopro or 5V camera power supply)
Mine arrived at the weekend but haven't tried it out yet. I'll be testing the output voltage before I connect it to my camera though, just to be on the safe side.

They may have a revision. If that is the case everyone needs to be really careful. Cause I can assure you that there are some out there that put out the same voltage that is coming in. The 5v signal would be coming off the same power source as the vtx then. Presently the way they are wired is the power output is connected directly to the power input.

So again, double check because you might not have the 5v one.
