Hi guys,
I want to thank all the people who shared their info on this forum and all the people who are willing to help others. All this info helped me to create my first multi without much problems. For those who are interested, i share a little movie of my first flight.
There is however one thing i need help with. I have a divide et empera board rev2 and there is a lipo alarm led onboard and its working fine but when i connect the lipo alarm extra connector to my ledstrip it does not work. The onboard led is flashing but ledstrip keeps blank. When i connect it to the status connector the ledstrip lights up similar to onboard led. Do i need to make changes to the sketch or am i missing something else? Thank you in advance |

Its nice looking frame. I plan to make my own design frame and want to buy hobbiest class, reliable, and easy to get sparepart CNC machine. Also it can cut carbon fiber. Can you suggest what brand and type and what software? Thanks, John |

Thanx. I'm not sure i can help you though. Last winter i got unemployed for a few months and i got bored. Except for a nitro car 15 years ago i never did anything with RC before, but i am a video enthousiast. After seeing a few cool movies at vimeo i decided i want make my own airial footage. At first i wanted to buy a foam plane, but the plan shifted to a multicopter. I watched a lot of quad movies but i didn't like the one-arm-per-motor look. Then i found a movie by warthox and i liked this frame very much. So i took a good look and tried to recreate that frame. It worked out pretty well. I used google sketchup to draw the parts. Printed them 1:1 scale to A4 sticker paper and pasted it onto a plate of carbon. Then i drilled all the holes and used a fretsaw and a jigsaw to create all the parts. I would have loved a CNC machine, but i had to do without. At close-up it isn't as nice as it could be, but i am pleased with the result. I'm sorry i can't be of any more use. (-; Good luck with your design. Greetz |

Just wanted to show my new flyduino cheeseplate quadcopter
The flyduino kit went together nicely without a problem just like my warthox set i had previously, the onboard power distro is the thing I love most about the flyduino frames so it was nice to see it carried onto the cheeseplate. Overall i am very impressed with it and its the cleanest build I have done, i really took my time in hiding as many wires as possible!! All I need now is a nice canopy! Hope you like specs: Flyduino Cheeseplate set with 25mm CF booms NTM 28-30 Motors 750kv with 10x5 Graupner props SimonK flashed 30A esc's 3s 2650mAh battery Naze32 running multiwii32 port ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
