My son flew it and decided it is his.....

..... I haven't flown it since!!



he has since put 6 more flights on it....

Better off cuting the jst connector off and putting a micro deans... we are trying to stay away from added weight, with our cg issues..

Obviously, for those that are willing and able to solder, that's best.

But I get lots of customers that are not comfortable with that.

this jet could use a little wight savings and adding two jst connectors is not going to help, specially if it throws back the CG
really not sure what packs come with jst connectors that would even fit my F-86
think I need to get into the connector making business

so what is and where is the best place to add the weight??
I was thinkin on the bottom of the nose of the plane... adding weight low I thought that would be the best??

If you look in the back of the manual, there are larger 250mah 20c lipos listed as optional accessories, i am waiting on these to come instock instead.

TP 250's fit well.

Still not so sure about the 300mah Nanotech (price wise and trouble wise), but at least, with an extra 50mah, you can get longer flying time.

Im the one that asked for this adaptor , this plane needs weight up front so this will help, plus i have alot of batteries with jst plugs , and i cant change them so this works perfect for me

In my case I checked the CG prior to the first flight and it was tail heavy according to the recommended location. A dime taped to the stock lipo resolved the cg position and the test flight was a no brainer unlike the experiences that some here have reported.

I'm going to make a connector to use my MCPx Lipos with this little bugger.. that way I can use all 4 different brands of lipos for my F-86
and I'v found a way to utilize the weight of the lipos to move them more forward

we need extra weight up front but that long wire and big over priced connector has the weight more back than forward like we need.. so it kinda hurts ya a little
But good luck though.. if you lived near by I'de make something up for ya that would be kick ass
