Metric Steam Throttle Valve and 5/32" Tubing

I've found a source for a steam regulator valve (RC steam throttle valve) from France. My question: It's metric and comes in a 3.5mm and 4.0mm size. I'm using 5/32" diameter copper steam lines. Will this 4mm valve work?

5/32" =0.15625"
0.15625 / .0394 = 3.965mm

use the 4mm

Here's a link to a site with a free, downloadable, conversion program which will convert almost anything to anything. I've used mine quite a lot and it works great. As example on the "Distance"tab (length) there are 17 different length units, all the way from nanometer to parsec. So in the case above just select inch for the input box and millimeter for the output box, then type in the inch box the decimal equivalent of 15/32, (.15625), the program doesn't do fractions, and the equivalent in milimeters 3.96875 will appear in the output box. There are 22 tabs of things to convert! Check out the site and see what it will do.
