Current British Superbike Champion Peter Vater has taken delivery of his KP15, with plans to take it for its first test run this weekend. I look forward to hearing how he gets on.

And here's what Peters father had to say on the Moto-5 forum:
http://www.moto-5.com/index.php/topi...cseen.html#new

"Me and Peter got to the Cotswolds track today to give the KP15 it's first run , we arrived around 11.30 and the track was still damp and very cold so we decided to change the medium roadies for softs and got the bike out on track WOW !!! the bike was spot on . Very stable at high speed and great in and out of the corners . Peter was soon putting some fast and consistent laps in . It was not long before he was asking me to bend the bars up to get more lean angle as the track was drying and the grip was getting better. The second run was even better the track was almost dry and there was lots of grip and the bike looked awesome . We never had the clock running so do not know lap times but you just know when a bike is going well . Very pleased with the new KP15 . On to next weekend for more practice cant wait!! just want it to be a little warmer because it was freezing today .

Neal V"

Received mine last Friday.

Just wondering which rider/fairing would be best suited to the KP15E bike?

Just got mine as well. I'm fitting an RG body shell. Have cut it out, so it fits ok. Just need to paint it now.

Unique new feature of the KP15 is the headstock. Machined from high grade Aluminium is lightweight and very strong. But unlike similar older types has no crash back spring. Instead it has a much firmer cushioning device. So under all normal driving conditions, there is no movement of the headstock. But in a crash the kingpin bearings have more protection than they did in last years 2 plate solid kingpin bearing mountings. Also note how low the steering servo sits!

Looking forward to seeing how British Super Bike champion Peter Vater gets on with his KP15 at it first outing this weekend in the start of the BRCA national series at Aldershot. This bike comes ready built and offers top level performance at only 375.
