I know the spar length was changed, but it's unclear if Ming changed the location at all. In his last post here he just confirms where the spar is located and doesn't necessarily confirm that that location changed from the original. If someone else doesn't pipe in, I'll weigh my wing when I get home and let you know. I've secured all the materials but have yet to hack into it or install any gear. -Jonathan |

This is a pic posted in 2008 which you can make out the spar lines which seem to be the same as above picture recently posted by Ming.
![]() I would think this points to the spar location not actually changing. IIRC there was some post which mentioned the location of the spar had something to do with the manufacturing process and while it would have been ideal to have it moved, trying to make it with the spar in the ideal location caused issues. EDIT: HERE is link to Ming's comment about moving spar. I think may have never gotten moved only extended, hard to say for sure without his actual input. -Jonathan |
