Parkzone Sport Cub (the red one)
I must say, I love this model!
But, I have run into a snag, one which days of research have yet to remedy: I need a larger prop and cannot figure out how to select the right one. I installed the float kit on the sport cub, which calls for a larger prop. The one that came with the kit had the wrong size hole. Actually, the hole is WAY too small. It cannot be drilled out either as there would not be enough material left to mount the prop. My online searches for an appropriate prop have left me frustrated and prop-less. I believe the kit calls for a 10x5.
What do I do?

The prop and directions are designed for the older super cub lp. The sport cub s2 should be fine with the stock prop. If you wish to go to a larger one, you will also need a better speed controller as the stock one is only rated for 18 amps. The electric plane talk section of the forum has a 500+ page thread dedicated to the plane if you want more information. Good luck and keep on enjoying that sport cub!

Tons of info on this plane here (huge thread)
As far as the prop goes, i have ran 6 different props on mine.
The best prop by far, is an APC 10x7 SF.
You will need to change the ESC to a 30 amp.
I feel they should have included a better ESC to begin with.
My ParkZone Artizan uses the exact same motor & it came with a 30amp ESC
This is the ESC i used on my Sport Cub:
The 10x7 SF prop fits the stock adapter & needs no modification on the spinner.
The only thing necc. is to add a washer to the front of the prop, because the prop hub is thinner than the stock prop.
