Hi guys, I'm looking for a couple of mufflers and an exhaust pipe, I need a muffler and pipe for an OS 91 Surpass and just the muffler for the old OS 61 FS foru stroke. Please let me know if any of you have any you'd part with, thanks, Shoo

I just bought components here and they dont fit my 91.

There's a difference in sizes? I wasn't aware....I know some carbs are offset to the left,and some are centered,according to model/year,but I didn't know the sizes were different.
Are you talking diameter/threads?.....help me!

Hi DR, I just measured the inside thread diameter on my 91 head and it measures about .400". I'd guess at the outside diameter threads on the pipe to be 11mm, that would be about a .030" thread heighth........Shoo

Not so sure....maybe in my case only Earl.

I just got a motor in and its had some HeliArc work done on it. May be a whole different fitting welded on for all I know. Also recieved some pipes I bought that were listed as 91 and they dont fit. Couldve been the seller, might be the motor....dunno. Have to check my others today to see where Im at on it, just havent had time this week

Your right. Its in the neighborhood of .430

My junk motor has a pipe and bushing in the .460 range Dont know why.

This NIP pipe and muffler are for a OS 61 to 90 motor. I double checked. Its in the
.430 range so its right.

Hey Dad_Roman, Yes sir, I am interested. I don't have any Shooboy Hammers at this time as I decided to close down for the Summer. I had 63 Hammers made and thought they would last a little while, they all sold in about 3 weeks.
