which one ?

Hans,
Which K&A Mig did you order? The large one or the park size? I have just started work on the new park size bird but with the Astro 020f I'm hoping for club field performance.

Hej again

I was going to order the motor today, a Hacker B40-11s, but my "motor-pusher said I should try a B40-7L insted. Then I could use 10 cells and it could better handle the amps if I wanted to use 11 or 12 cells.
Has any of you tried this motor.

Yes Doug at my field is running two Mig-15 on MF480 & two Hacker B40-11S on 12 x Cp 1700 cells for over a year now (100+ flight each). 52A, 640+ Watts each , Doug says his are faster than mine (no 4 and 5) . B40-7L is nice but not really needed.

(no. 2 and no. 3 fly exactly on above B40-11S setup)

Herb and Gregg f

Thank you very much, now Ill not ask more stupid questions about the motor. Well, maybe one Do I need a bunggy if I use the Hacker and 12 cells, or can it be "sent away by hand"? I have seen one started without a bunggy but I belive it was with a FUN480 and 10 cells. (If I have to, I can make a bunggy, no problem)

That was the last thing. I promise I will not ask for more, until I get the kit and the motor and................... . but then Ill be back with more

Yes that was possibly me handlaunching it against all odds but I would *not* recommend it.

K&A MIG 15

Hi guys

I have the Wattage MIG running a mega 15/16/3 on 10 HE's and its performance is the same as in Herbs Video. I am concerrned about too much wind though and as our flying sight has both IC and electric I want an aircraft that can fly in just as much wind as these IC planes.

How does the K&A Mig respond to wind?

Is there a better jet for windy conditions with great performance?

If you started again with your mig what set up would you use?

Thanks again?
