It's good for what it is- a very heavy gooey compound that sets up very hard., and sticks like sn0t.

Pat
so it would be strong enough to mount wood frames to a fiberglass hull
is it better than the epoxy that u squeeze out of the tubes

Most epoxies only pretend to stick to commercial (polyester) fiberglass hulls... then they'll surprise you by popping right off.
Best to use a polyester based compound, like Bondo, for setting things to polyester 'glass.

Medium "CA", and Marine-Tex, marine epoxy. Marine-Tex is designed for use on all types of materials, on REAL, boats and ships. Between the two glues, I have never had a failure. We lift, and carry our tugs, by just one or two, deck bitts. We are talking models that weight up to 35+ lbs.

That stuff is just fantastic. Sticks to everything, from fiberglas to abs to wood to metals, you can drill it, tap it.
24h set up time, you can mold it like putty after 8h.
I can only highly recoment it.
