Pulsar 2000 Flap and Aileron Warp?

Anyone have any ideas as to why the flap and to a lessor degree the ailerons have warped on my Pulsar.

The Pulsar uses a carbon tube with balsa ribs capped with carbon fiber. Very stiff.

When i received the Pulsar the surfaces were straight and aligned. After a month or so the flap primarily warped up to 5/16" at one end while aligned with the trailing edge of the other aileron.

I have tried to take the warp out with the covering but the carbon is to stiff.

Has anyone experienced this problem before?
Or any ideas on straightening the surfaces.

I have a Pulsar 2000M. It's only been indoors so far, for over 3 months now, and everything's still straight and true.
