Patent Idea!

I was saying how about making an rc jet which the high power starter motor has a controller which can charge back up the flight battery or another battery
because looking at the high speed of turbines that's a ton of power)
an this can be switched over to an electric motor after all the fuel has been exhausted. AnYONE?

The turbine spins way too fast for the motor to charge anything. BTW, that is exactly how it works on full scale gas turbines on airplanes. Also, the jet get's it's thrust from burning fuel, so no, spinning it with an electric motor will do nothing (but start it).

No, the electric starter motor on the turbine engages the cone on the compressor by means of a Bendix gear. once the start process is completed, the Bendix gear disengages and the electric start motor shuts off.

Not true, JetCat has had this for years. They spin the generator at the same speed as the shaft 1:1 ratio.

JetCat patented the autostarter everyone uses now as well

I assumed the starter motor had a clutch that disengaged after the start ramp (like commercial turbines). My bad.
