Question
1/10 High speed tires

Hello.
I have 1/10 schumacher mi1 v2 and the tires I have currently have very low grip on the parking lot im driving (the asphalt is smooth) and even when on half throttle they balloon and I lose grip quickly causing a crashes often.. What tires should I get? Right now I have lrp vtec g32 and they are just bad for this parking lot. I also had HPI X-PATTERN RADIAL tires on my previous rc and they seem to be glued to the ground but they baloon a lot on my current rc car since its a lot faster (arround 100kmh). My friend has foam tires but also has very bad grip (he crashed his rc car earlier today and broke a lot of things..)
Thanks

Hi,

Against dust there is not lot of things to do.

To avoid ballooning there are belted tires, exemple : http://www.rcmart.com/ride-26012-tou...l?cPath=35_940

You can also use something on tires to increase grip, this kind of things for exemple, there is some others differents brands : http://www.lrp-americastore.com/top-grip-asphalt/

But with too much dust i think the tires will be covered by dust and become ineffective.

For high speed there is nothing better than foam to avoid balloning.

Thanks. The tires I have right now actually have belts but it ripped on the inside of one of the tires.. I fixed it with airstop tape and it looks like its working for now. I also went to another parking lot and the grip was much better there, not perfect though..

With TC car when they go fast it is pretty hard to always keep grip. Grip spray should help.
