Real Flight 7 swap files problem for Hangar 9 Taylorcraft
I installed a Hangar 9 clipped wing Taylorcaft into RF 7 from the Knife Edge website
It installed fine, but it does the dangdest thing. The engine cowling falls off as soon as the Taylorcaft is pulled up in the airplane select menu.
I have deleted, re-installed it, same thing everytime.!
Is there a fix for this???
It flies just fine, but having the cowling fall off is rather odd !

Check the switches on your controller. Some designers have things like that on a switch. There is a helicopter on the swap pages that the canopy falls off of immediately as well, took me the longest time to figure out there was a switch that made it fall off (and stay on).

A buddy of mine had the same problem.
Depending on what kind of Tx you use, it is a switch that does it!
It's a real head scratcher until you experiment and figure it out!
What got me was the engine underneath is fairly detailed!
Maybeit's for guys who like to fly without a cowling, you reckon?
Maybe I'll get my revenge and design one where the wheels fall off after takeoff and it won't land without crashing until you figure out how to make the wheels go back on in flight!
