Got the MC wet yesterday for the first time. What a great running boat. Speed was not great 36mph-37mph constant with 4 sets of batts threw it. I was running a CF42 prop. I didn't switch to a better prop yet. I am waiting on my new flexshaft. I did some video and awesome pics, just waiting for my nieghbor (fpsphoto) to edit them so we can get them uploaded. All is all I really REALLY liked this boat. Once the flexcable comes in and I have a shaft I trust the sky is the limit. GREAT JOB AS ALWAYS AQ!

36ish straight out of the box isn't bad at all! I bet it can handle a lot more prop with the 1800kv motor. I don't see why you can't get 45mph out of it on the stock motor and esc.

She ran good that's for sure. Once I switch props I should be close to that 45mph mark. I just don't trust that AQ shaft right now. I should have my new one in a day or so.

Yup shallow part of the lake. The clay is a deep red, the water is actually clear as hell your just seeing the bottom of the lake. Really shallow there like < 2ft deep.

Best part is it's right behind my garage . 15 yard walk and im there. Water is normally always clear and it was 83F the other day water temp. I am glad I ran earlier in the day because at the end of my last run about 5 or 6 people came to go swimming and I won't run if people are in the water, I go to a different location. Another sweet thing is for about 20yards straight out the deepest parts gets to about 4 ft so If I flip and it's nice i just walk out (not swim) and flip it over lol....Past the 20 yards is a different story and thats when the rescue boat or canoe comes into play.

Early in the morning like in this pic it's normally always glass. Later in the day in the evening it's like glass as well if the weather is nice. Durning the afternoon she can get a little bumpy, only real downfall is I have to watch the current, if it's going out further I won't run if it's blowing towards the cove I will run. I have had a blow that drifted all the way to the end of the cove lol. I just followed the hiking path that surrounds the lake and picked the boat out the water when it reached the end of the cove. That was a strong current that day. Normally im good though. I have back up locations within a 5 minute drive. And I have boat transportation rack in my car lol...
