This is the one I've been working on for the last year and a half on and off. Its a Pram Dinghy from RCM plans (April 1991 issue).

Its constructed from Sintra PVC and mahogany. Its big! Probably 1/4 scale. Kermit's hand is connected to the tiller arm, which is controlled by a servo which is hidden under the seat. So, it looks like Kermit is busy sailing the dinghy.

just build up a hull to go under the head, perhaps a springer tub hull. give it enough ballast and water proofing so the head sits over top of the hull and flush to the water line. the abdomen and tail section follow behind..

now... take it to Dock talk or something, this is Sailboats

It is a nice location! No I don`t have a MM buikding a Springer tug but i was looking for a sailboat but can`t make up my mind yet.

I agree, I do occasionally dislike the wind conditions, sometimes it shifts constantly, but it's just the right size for a sailing boat in MM size, and it's easy to get the boat in and out of the water.

I can really recommend the MM as a sailboat. It can sail really well, and with some smaller rigging, also in stronger winds, for even more action. Also a big benefit of the MM is that there is a lot of experience with it, so it's easy to find an answer when you have a question. On "Marktplaats" quite often second hand boats are to be found, I got mine from there as well, and am still very happy with it.
