Sure you can remove the sticker. Mine is a simple 5200kv SP yet its has no id but the only on the sticker. Some have the white painted numbers of 17t or 18t on the motors. Eitherway, its not as if we have a bunch of cheats racing. Most if not all are honest. But my point was, I wanted to install my shim without doing anything to the motor. The heatgun just allowed the motor to drop right on in. If you wish remove the sticker be sure you have someway,,,,,, incase you get tech'd,,,,,,, to prove it is a 5200kv or less.
