100% would be insane and would not run in the vehicle, as there would be no fuel.
Most cars are set to run on 15-20% from the factory, and you will need to shim the head of the engine if going any higher than that.
I run 30% in my Rody C5 engine with good results, but the engine was pre-shimmed during the mod per request. The 30% fuel I use is Odonnell.
Anything higher than that would likely be heli fuel and would not work well in a car. Even running 30% I have to richen the motor quite a bit to avoid temp meltdown.
Stick with 20% and you should be fine, any higher in a stock motor and you will damage the head. If you shim it, you will still likely have to richen the engine so much, that you will actually lose power rather than gain it.
