Complete a Project in 2015 Build Off

The purpose of this build off is to encourage completion of part built models which have resulted from either missing the end date of previous build offs or indeed for any other part built projects

Dates of the build off: from 1stApril 2015 to 31st December 2015

As with the 2014 "Complete a Project" build off there is no date restriction on the publication of the design, the aim is simply to provide an extra incentive to finish up some of those part built models which most of us have lurking around the workshop despite our best intentions.

The model must be finished, but not necessarily flown, by the end date to qualify for the final Poll, as a minimum a photograph of the finished model must be posted on this thread, but if ossible entrants are encouraged to create a build log for the entertainment of all.

Entry List

Sounds really good. Lots of starts waiting for attention.

SD,

There's no question the Champion will need this "extension" to be completed. Might as well declare it.

mmmmmmmmmmm I'll need to think on this

9 months to complete a model already started

6 months to start and complete a new model

decisions decisions and i thought I was retired from decision making

Cloud cruiser when restarted will be transferred into this group

still polling thru outerzone for a model for soar or splash

thanks for the effort, George

If there is no cut off date for the design can I enter my Fines that I drew last year? I finished the one that I built for a club mate but not my own.

I'll repost the Cloud Cruiser here John. Good luck with the search. I know you like big models, so at the risk of giving away one of my possible choices how about a double size (96 inches) Vic Smeed "Nirvana", maybe with foam floats? If I do one it will be original size though.

Thanks, George,

Nirvana is not on my shortlist - so you are clear to go on that one.
