Hi, i am looking for a good charger that can charge 4 batteries at once up to atleast 6 cells. There are so many out there that I don't know which one to go with. I have a seen one from hobby king and diamond brand advertised in magazines. Does anybody have a reccomendation?

Buy quality, buy once. Your charger is your first and formost line of defense against accidental lipo fires. Don't cheap out. If you can only afford $100.00 then I recommend the

Cellpro multi 4. It will only charge 1 battery at a time, but its one of the safest and best chargers out there.

OP clearly stated 6 cell (presumably lipoly) requirement. In addition to his desire to have 4 ports, the Multi-4 fails the 6 cell criteria as well.

Many have had good success with the Hobby King, Hobbypartz, and Hitec multi-port chargers.

I'm sure that actual end-users will add their experience.

I am pretty sure there isn't a battery charger that can charge 4 6cell batteries all at once for $100. You'll pay that much for the power supply alone

Depends on what you consider success. If you consider customer service and support into your overall success factor I've never seen anything that indicates HK delivers in that area.

christorbics: you left out the most important part of your requirement. What is the mah capacity of your batteries? That is needed to determine the wattage of the charger.

For instance four 6S 1000mah charged at 1C requires over 100 watts.
Four 6S 2200mah charged at 1C requires over 220 watts.

Assuming your batteries are at least 2200mah I recommend you get at least a 300 watt charger.

iCharger 106B = 250 watts @ $90
iCharger 206B = 300 watts @ $125

However for $175 you get 1000 watts from the PowerLab 6. With the PL6 you could charge four 6S 2200mah at 3C.

I totally blew past the 6s requirement. sorry. you can't get what your asking for under 100.00. Save up and buy quality

ether cellpro 10s or 10xp or if you buy the powerlab 6 you can parallel charge many 6s batteries. but all those are well over $100.00 and you need to find a good powersupply to feed them.

Also didn't specify if he wants to charge 4 of the same cell count at once in parallel or if he wants 4 independent charging ports so he can charge multiple cell counts at once. That's an important clarification.

Hi, I mostly charge3 cell 2200mah batteries but I am going to be getting a charger rc giat fussion which run on 6 cells minimum. If I could do two six cell pack at once I would be happy. Also four 3 cell 2200 mah packs would be great.

You might be able to pickup a used TP-1010C for that price.

Who makes that charger? If I spend more what do you reccomend?

Thunder Power, that's the TP in the model number. Check the batteries and chargers classifieds section.

If you can increase your budget I'd highly recommend the FMA PL6 or PL8.

Turnigy has a nice 400W charger.
