Alert
For all you Lindberg Chris~Craft Connie builders!

Here is a rare item that would look great on your fannie tail deck.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/370596347780...#ht_901wt_1139

Is it the right scale?

They always are regardless of the scale.

That price is way OUT OF LINE for a 2 1/2'' soft plastic figure. More in the area of 3$ to 5$
or .50 at a flea market.

Being from Marx, it may be one of the figures that came with the original Connie kit -- though it appears the bathing suit is missing, which would not likely make her be an item in a kit for kids.

You can do a lot better for a single figure here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/G-Or-1-24-1-...item3cc2ee27a6

And if you ARE going to pay that kind of money, you can get more bang for your buck here:

Looks a little too smooth in some parts to be from the '50s. Didn't think they knew what a Brazilian was back then.

I'm surprised you didn't ask if she had a sister, Don.

That is a different figure than the one that came in the Lindberg/Marx kit. A friend of mine owns the original Marx mold for it.
