Before ordering another rx, do you have an Arduino board so you could check yours ?
If they make a flash at power up I think they're good, but can't be sure.
Nah I don't own an arduino yet.
But yeah definitely worth looking into. I'll have my parts ordered tomorrow.
There's also an adapter I wanna get from HK for rigging my 9x to my pc for a simulator so I'm trying to compile a few bits n pieces as to save on postage lol.

Got one of these to connect the 9XR to the computer.

Soldering those parts with a rework station is a lot simpler than I thought.
If you are on a shopping spree anyway, drop the 100-120 bucks an get one
Anyway, happy to do it for you - its quick and its fun.

Sorry for out of stock..
"Original" 0720-12 will be back within a week
Finally!

Mailing list for stock arrivals here: http://micro-motor-warehouse.com/pages/contact
I just bought and fitted some of your 0720-14 motors to my HK Pocket Quad 1.1, along with some cheap ladybird props I found on eBay. Those motors are insane; they give incredible speed and manoeuvrability, even with 4g of FPV equipment on board. I was really throwing the thing around, and the motors barely got warm. I was having a bit too much fun to take note of flight times, but I'll measure later.

My only complaint is your choice of postage stamps. I live in the UK, and those Ashes Victory designs are just cruel, dude

Hrhr.. sorry for that! I have no choice, thats the only 2.60 stamp they currently have. Its a village post office
Let me see what I can do about it.. How about Koalas or Echidnas?

Did you try v252 props? Nicely balanced, very robust, best thrust (en par with Hubsan X4 props), and a long sleeve (protect motors).
YD717 are also nice (more initial punch, and sound better), but they draw more power and the main disadvantage: they arent balanced very well.
Both are pretty cheap at BG.
Ping when when you order motors next, and Ill chuck some in the bag for you

btw, can you record the footage with your setup?
Would love to see some speed runs..

Yes, those are good!
You can even ping that dude and he might offer you just the plugs without the sockets. At least for 1000pcs, he was willing

Have just ordered a handful of 3.3 ldo regs.
The link u gave me goebish was good but only thing was .. 1.77 each and shipping was 15 bucks lol. I looked everywhere else and the price of shipping kept going up and up. 60 us dollars at some sites. I did however find another supplier with free shipping I got them for 88 cents each and a couple sma connectors with free delivery. Grand total 15 bucks. And they're in Australia. Took me an hour to find it but saved 25 bucks.
I was surprised. I thought items so small would be free to send anywhere almost. Seemingly the must weigh more in USA lol. Or is there some special packaging they come in?
