HP DPS-750RB Server power supply: Fan does not work

I really read tons of threads and was able to get my HP DPS-750RB A (P/N 506822-101) to work.

It does work with pins 33 and 36 connected (pins 1 and 4 from the top left).

BUT... the fan does not come on at all. I assumed that the PS does start the fan if it get's too warm.

Yesterday I charged two 4s 5000mAh Lipos with 7.5A ea. The PS got quite warm (I did not check it but it was somewhat higher than 40C or 105F). So I was able to keep my hand on the PS but it felt quite warm.

My question is: does anyone know whether the fan should come up and when? Is there an additional pin that I need to bring to GND or to apply power to?

I'd rather have the fan going all the time rather than having an overheated PS.

Thank you
