RC Hovercraft for search and rescue

I'm currently planning to build a search and rescue hovercraft for my project study
Here are my stuffs:
(2) RC timer 850 KV motor
(2) 4500mAH 3s 11.1 v lipo batteries
(1) SJ400 action camera
(1) Boscam 1000mW transmitter
(1) Boscam 32 CH receiver
(1) 9.8" LCD tv
(1) 1500 mAH 3s 11.1v lipo batteries
(1) 5400 mAH 4s li po battery
(1) turnigy 9xr pro
(1) Fr sky D8R-II plus Tx Rx set
(1) turnigy 2200mAH battery for my Radio
which of those batteries shall i use?

Which material should I get for my base and skirt? and what type and size of prop would you recommend for (1) Hover and (1) Propulsion.

BTW im planning to make it 1mX0.5m or kindly give me advice on what is the ideal size for it.

Thanks in advance!

10 inch props would be ok to start with,
foam for the base with balsa or ply for the motor mounts etc.
the skirt can be made from a plastic garbage bag then use this as a pattern to make a more durable one from lightweight ripstop nylon or similar material.

Three blades would be better for lift but depends on the weight you are lifting -try to keep it under 5 pounds.

You could make it about 600 wide, but its not that important. I guess you will use a simple bag skirt ?

Type of skirt? or material that I am going to use? If material is what you mean I am currently open for opinions. Does not have any ideas at the moment.

Oh about the type of skirt, I would like it to be the same with the original manned hovercraft, would that be a problem? any tips with its construction?

Hovercraft skirts can be tricky to make especially if you don't have a plan to follow. I think you can find some details reading through the forums and maybe some plans also.

I am planning to use finger skirt to make it durable compared to the simple bag skirt. Can you send me a picture of a pattern i found one on your posts but I did not quite understand it.

Ok here is a drawing showing how the skirt is made and attached to the model. The exact size of the segments is up to you but if you scale it up from the drawing it should work well.
