I feel for ya, Pulsery. I felt pretty sick, when mine went in. I can't imagine having 2 go in... I'll be double-checking every part I decide to re-use on this next one, to include the fans/shrouds. A phrase comes to mind: " All of our models, have an expiration date on them, somewhere...We just don't know where or when ?"

Is this the replacement airplane to your Pan American that went missing urrl? If so you build 'em as fast as Boeing does! Nice job!

LOL I built it in about a day and a half
Not as good as my first one as far as the paint but I learned a few tricks like:
BUILD FIRST AND PAINT PARTS DURING OR AFTER ASSEMBLY

DO ANY WIRING THAT MAY INTERFERE WITH INSTALLING UNDER THE NACELLES.

THE 4 WOODEN NACELLE SLATS CAN BE DIFFERENT THINNESS. MAKE SURE YOU PAIR A THICK WITH A THIN PIECE. NOT MENTIONED IN MANUAL. (at least mine had different thinness)
Some pics:
A full all around treatment with these hinges but I did not hook up the tail rudder so it is not functioning.

I remembered the thing needed some up trim before the maiden according to my last jet so I set the elevators around here but keep in mind this is a 6S system.

Unfortunately I still need some lighting at least for the front wing headlights because it gets foggy some mornings.
Maybe because Windrider did not include my 737 wiring I paid for in the package Ming can give me a discount on the lights.

How about it Ming?

Thanks
It's only a 10 blade setup with some help from Mr RC Sound module using two speakers.

Hey are there any RC flying fields in Lakeland? I will probably be passing that way at the end of the week from Atlanta.

Two, Imperial in Mulberry, and Mid Florida, beside Kermit Weeks' "Fantasy of Flight"

Imperial does have paved runways. I used to fly there. The other is grass.

If you are coming down from Atlanta, check out Liberty County Blazing Angels' field in Hinesville GA. It's on an old airport, lots and lots of runways, and some really nice folks.

I fly my Eflite 777 there.

Something I just thought of, a tip if you will.
I run 3M skid tape on the bottom of the nacelles. Just in case, and I've used it. It takes the abuse that would normally be transferred to the foam, and helps hold em together on impact.

There should be international aviation rules around who is allowed to buy these things. I am the surveyor of the queenstown airport in New Zealand . I have the rights by default
