Right on! Loved my mx2. I only sold it because I was moving, and didn't have time to build a box. I'll be getting one of these next.

our mx3 is still going strong but looks like the mx3 will be worth a try when the time comes. here is a recent video of our mx2. i'm so surprised this plane has held up so well.

Just got my MX2 and starting the build. Always wanted a depron, I have had some epp. this should be a bit more crisp and maybe lighter. So far build going easy. It's still upside down.

We are working on finalizing the instructions so the first sets will have MX2 instructions included.
There will also be a build thread.

What are the defining differences between the totally awesome and proven MX2 versus the totally awesome MX3?

MX2 has remains one of the best planes I have built or flown, I am sure the MX3 will be top of class as well.

I am trying my first vpp plane and have the airplane ready to go except for programing the radio..I have a Futaba 8fg and was wondering if there is a vpp plane setup available on the internet to download on the memory card to install in my radio. I have the ffs software in my computer for the card and my friend and I have used it to download each other's plane setup. I realize the trims and servo directions would have to be adjusted but I am clueless on the vpp setup part.

Thanks for any help.

Rick

Setting up VPP is quite simple. I would expect to use a few batteries for the set up and dialing in the pitch.

Use this video:
Aurora9 VPP (Variable Pitch Prop) Setup (6 min 38 sec)

It is great. You can mess around with it a bit to your liking.

My buddy Eddie built and painted a couple of MX2's. These are fantastic airplanes. My 3d skills are improving by leaps and bounds in the few days I have been flying it.
