3D hobby shop terrible service.what happen?
Guys, I have to call these guys out for terrible service...I used to love them and the service was spot on...Ordered a new plane...like 6 days to ship(didn`t complain) I mean to ship, not shipping...then came with broken cowl...I tried to get a new one..That consisted of several emails with no reply and like 15 phone call attempts..When I did get hold of someone I asked what the problem was as it was never like that before..his reply "were here answering the phone all day"...I guess I`m dumb and can`t use a phone...It was for a 20.00 cowl...I have spent like 1400.00 with them, but I`m not spending anymore until they get back like they used to be....

How will you know that they are "back like they used to be" if you aren't spending money with them?
Although it's possible for any company to have a one off problem, this outfit rarely if ever has service issues.
