Whenever I build a plane from scratch I buy a plastic or die-cast model of the plane, it can really help look at the overall shape of the plane.

I find taping 20-50 peices of printer paper together to make your plans is just to irratating to me that is, so I just make my plans by hand.

Here's the begining of the One-eleven's fuselage it's on 32" X1" X7.5"
piece of pink foam & 2 round body ends with a carbon fiber rod as the main backbone, like my DC-9 these airliners are basically park flyers my Local flight field is all grass so I have to rely on hand launching and belly landings so I've gotta build these birds ford tough.

The Tail of the One-eleven is simply cut from a peice of blue Dow-styrofoam
you'll find it at lowes.

In this photo I've epoxied the 2mm depron to the 1-11's fuselage ribs with pins, next I'll expoxy the deprom around the top half of the fuselage.

You see how I bend the depron around the fuselage, it's very straight forward.

Great to have you on board RogueTitan!

Once this part of the plane is done the rest is smooth sailing you make you wing box & wings make your tail, then build you nose & rear fuselage.

Thanks SoulReaper!
Here's the completed fuselage tube, next the wings! Unlike my DC-9
the One-Eleven has a wide wing span, so she's gonna be a great soaring
park-liner.
