Let's plan on having the whole group there along with the wives. A "get to know all couples" gathering.
The wives will be more excited about it if more ladies are there and maybe they can do a day trip together for a get-away.
We have tried this before but let's make it happen this year. We'll tell them we're doing this for them.

I like how you think...

The wife was planning on going for the entire date span... <love that women> but not sure I can pull off the entire thing.

What is the best plan, more around the first weekend or the second?

Whatever suits the group. We're not traveling, this is home for us, so we can do either. I just need to know so I can take those days off.
There's more action, activities and vendors Thursday through Saturday. First of the week is slow and the last Sunday most everyone has packed up and headed home.

Historically it seems HPP was always there to video Thursday through Sat, that was sort of my gut feel for best time.

Drive Wed and Sunday sounds like a tentative plan.

Now if Bob and Cindy can come we'll have enough for a squadron.

Might have a few Twisted Brothers from the H9 Twist thread coming, we will see how it fairs.

Any Tear Drop update Da Dude? I got on a group on FB and have learned some cool stuff... Doing a little design in Cad to sort out some details and Logistics. Would like a Queen size bed..... Will see how this fairs as well.

That is sooo cool. Post a picture or two. I would love to see your design.
I haven't done anything because I don't have a place to keep it. I have three bays, Judy's car, my truck and the Vette so I don't know where I would store it.

Queen size bed. Wow!
Keep me updated on your build for sure.

BTW, Twisted Brothers is great. The more the better!
