Question
Cox E-Z Bee Rudder Plans

I have a Cox E-Z Bee that I bought some time ago. The rudder is missing, and I need specs on how to construct a new one. Does anyone have measurements to construct a new one?

This picture I found, looks like it has a semi 'balanced rudder'.

A good guess would be half the fixed vertical stab size, (the rudder would be a third of the total vertical stab area). Better too much than not enough, the control throw will determine how effective it works.
