Turnigy Open9x and gyro hk401B gain problem.
I'm setting up a brand new heli for a friend but hk401B gyro going nuts using ds-919mg servo. I put a training gear on and the heli keeps spinning on the ground, couldn't even get it in the air. Heli doesn't have any abnormal vibrations. I'm not sure if I'm setting up gain properly using Turnigy 9X open software. I used a default heli template in Open9X to set it up. Gyro sense wire is connected to CH6 in receiver and connected to Gear switch. Please see the picture in the attachment. If I change the values from 0 to 150 or 0 to - 150 in rate mode or even HH mode the gyro doesn't hold the tail at all. We already put the hot glue inside the gyro for testing. Tried DS and Analog mode in Gyro even added a delay. My question is if I'm setting properly gain in transmitter or maybe gain must be changed somewhere else. Note: When I flip Gear switch up and down, it does change modes HH to Rate (red led is on in HH). I don't know what else to do besides considering it's a bad gyro.
servo has 100% atv/travel
Gyro limit 75
