Add a GoPro and it'll do video, but obviously you'd need significantly more gear for FPV.
OP - Don't just try and jump in, it's not just a case of buying something and you're away, there's lots to learn and think about first. Start smaller (cheaper) minus the FPV (and other expensive bits that you can break/lose) and learn how to fly safely.
