GREAT price indeed. Is this site for real? Does anyone have experience ordering and receiving their goods?

I am about to pull the trigger on the fuse, a new ARF and accessories.

Thanks

I am not comfortable sending money Western Union or by Wire Transfer to any company in China. While they claim to be an Australian company the instructions for sending funds is to China.

I will continue looking elsewhere until I get a positive feedback about doing business with these guys.

Hey, guys! I have t posted here in a while.cvo
So one of my other planes crashed beyound repair. It had an 85a ESC and i got it into the stryker. Im running a 4s 2200 and I can also squeeze a 4s 2650. I really like authose heavier batteries cause it locks the plane in for cruising and high speed. (I do all my dumb stuff on a 2200 3s ). Im running stock motor and stock prop, but I was wondering if I should go 7x5 and 4s (I have strengthened the fuse already) and eill it work? Cause I know im wayovef ESCing with the ESC so im assuming it can handle the 7x5 on 4s. I dont need better acceleration, but will the 7x5 increase my overall speed or will it increase my acceleration vs the 6x6 higher pitch? Has anyone else tried 4s on 7x5?

Thanks for the encouragement! It's still out there, FPV couldn't see it, I spent about 2 hours doing a pattern search has not turned up yet.

Another club member took pity on me and let me have his Mpx FunJet dirt cheap. Not the same without the dual rudders but should fill the need for speed till I get the Stryker back.

wayfaringdreamer, the good news is when they plow the field next spring, up will sprout a row of little strykers that you can harvest by mid-summer next year!

Sorry, I can't answer your question directly as I don't have any experience with 4S but have been running 7x5 props on my Stryker but don't notice much speed difference over the stock.

If you click the "Search this Thread" button and enter 4S 7x5 you'll get quite a few hits on this topic. Two of those with somewhat differing opinions are:

Either prop will work with that ESC on 4s, but a 7" prop on 4S is going to be more than the stock motor wants to swing. Stick to the stock prop on 4S if using the stock motor. The plane will be faster and feel better.
I would recommend you just try it to see if you get the results you want.
