Boom Clamps for round tubing

I am hoping to go back to building with round tubing rather than the square aluminum I have been using. I am wondering if anyone has a good source for boom clamps for say 17mm-21mm tubing sizes. A recommendation anywhere in that size range would be helpful. I have a simple 2d drawing to have some cut from Delrin, but have not approached anyone yet about cutting them. Many of the frame manufacturers have some nice looking clamps, but I am not willing to pay $35 for one set of clamps. I need them for both motor side and frame side.

Nice, that is perfect. Rusty used to only sell parts to frame order customers. This is great.
Thanks

I have just had the same problem, but found these boom clamps which fit a 19.1mm tube, 3/4 inch if I remember correctly. They are small and lightweight, and also have a stop to prevent the tube sliding out the end...and only $5 for 4.

And for those that wish to use Rusty 12mm blocks with 1/2" round alum tube. Assemble the bolts to a block half and then install two washers on each bolt. Slide the other half block on and install nuts and tighten. Drill out center hole with 31/64 drill bit. Disassemble block and now it will clamp 1/2" tube very tightly. Good if you need something a little tougher than kite tube or tail booms.

Its hard to come across 17 and 18mm boom clamps. I bookmarked it once upon a time, but I'm not on that computer right now. I'll try to dig it up later if thats the size your looking for.
