Master Airscrew makes a few, and I bet so does APC.

The Master Airscrew ones are great -- I bought several for my P-38, and I love them!

They're not so great on belly landers though...

Check out this web site -- http://www.hobbypeople.net/mfr/WINDSR01.asp

Variable Pitch 3 Blade Prop

Vario Prop, check e-flightline.com they have them. The pitch can be adjusted to reach the peak performance of your motor on a bench test, then flown. Very cool, I have a 4 and 3 blade kit.

MetroGTi used some Tornado props on his Molt P-38. They seem to work well, plus he was able to find pusher and tractor props so he could have contra-rotation.

C of G I have been looking at the Vario Props.. My biggest concern is if they will work with the radial mount of the Axi motors???
Anyone know the answer to that?

I beleive the Master Air screw 3 blade props can be purchased for clockwise and counter clockwise rotation.

I went home for lunch today, and took a look at what I have on my bench...

I have two, unopened, unused Master Airscrew 9x7 3-blade props -- one is a pusher, and one is a puller (counter rotating).

If you're interested, I'll sell them to you cheaper than the best price you can find (probably www.hobbypeople.com).

PM me if you're interested.

Yes it will work fine, just match the 3mm shaft size(or whatever the motor you want to use) to the selection of hubs from Vario. I have fit it to an MPJet gear box, MPJet outrunner, Axi 22/12/20, and so on. The hub is almost twice as thick as a prop so you will have adjust for that and spinners are a custom deal. Somewhere I posted pics of my Alfa P51 with the install in the park flyers section.

Look at the bottom of this webpage. The Radial mount set comes with a prop adaptor, however I don't see what size it is and it is threaded.

You have to use the shaft on the other side of the Axi or a GWS prop adapter for the Axi which Hobby Lobby sells as well I think, I bought one but cant place from who.

I'm 100% with CofG... VarioProp. Fantastic little devices. Sure, the hub is a little pricey, but you have a wealth of blade options and the blades are cheap and replacable. I even got more blades for mine in the mail today

I have 3 and 2 blade hubs.

Here's some pics I took last night ...
