Yes the 3615 with the fiberglass x mount will bolt right up. Its worth the extra money over the hacker or anything else i have seen that fits.
We have 3 51 slicks at our field. 2 have the Motrolfly and one has the hacker. The hacker has less power and gets very hot. There was a big enough difference in how the two motors perform that the guy with the hacker bought a Motrolfly.
Oh we both flew in around 85 degree temps for a 5 minute flight. My motor was bearly over ambient temp where his hacker was almost 140 degrees. Now l flew harder than he did as l had a lot more power out of my pack than him. Basicly if he would have flown as hard as l did he most likely would have gotten his motor hotter than the max temp recommended. Not good. So the Motrolfly is worth the extra money to me

Yea but you have to get the lightened mount for the extra $5, if you get the standard mount you will have to drill new mounting holes/move the blind nuts.

Out of stock it seems.

Do you have the dimensions of the 3615? Now I have two Hackers, one on my 51" and one on the Bype. I'd consider upgrading one/them, but probably not if it means reworking the cowl. Maybe just some spacers?

yeah I found out they are out of stock and after searching the 51" thread it doesn't look to hard to mount it with the fiberglass mount.

I wonder when they are coming back in stock?!?!?!?

Why don't you send Ken an email? He is pretty good about responding - could very well be he has the kits, but hasn't gotten down to building up any in advance of an order. When I backordered one of my motors, he had it shipped in a few days.

Quick question, for my 41" edge I'm gonna get a Omega 72g1100KV, could I use an E-flite 40-amp ESC for that?

Would any of the eflite ESCs work? I just noticed the have like three 40amp ones. I wanna get eflite instead of a different brand cuz my local hobby shop is more likely to have eflite.

Yeah, the E-Flite would work, but I would recommend a ZTW 50 Amp as said above
