Turnigy Neutron 200W charger

Ordered a couple of the Bolt batteries. In a description somewhere, I believe I read that standard chargers don't charge correctly to take full advantage of the Bolt's available high discharge rate. In the Neutron description, I believe I read this charger exploits the Bolt's full capabilities. Well, I can't get the charger to work. I plug in a 4S 3450 mAh Bolt battery and I get "Cell vol low!" error message. There may be a setting I need to do, but the instructions seem to indicate it's a plug-and-play charger. Any ideas?

BTW my standard chargers charge and discharge the batteries just fine.

Well, five days and no one from Hobby King has checked in. Decided to do something I should have done before purchasing this charger. Read the reviews for yourself. Short answer is that my problem is widespread. Simply put, the charger does not work according to the overwhelming majority of the reviews. Stupid me: read views, THEN order. Don't purchase and then read reviews.

Hello,
This is not "plug and play" charger, you have to indicate cell number and Amp you want to charge.
It is also possible to save the parameters under 10 memories.

I just received my Neutron and it works very well, as well for standard Li++ as for all other batteries types.

PS: I also found the same message when I tried to discharger (just to test) and I noted I was on the wrong cells number for the tested battery.

I hope it will help you.

Have a great day,
/Démi.
