I would just pop that back into place, hit it with thin ca, and then lay some popsicle sticks over the breaks. use medium ca or epoxy for the popsicle sticks.

take the motor off first, though.

+1. It doesn't look that bad. If you were like me and put thin CA on every motor box joint, it's going to be a real pain to take it out to put in a new one.

Yeah I would but I just ordered a 2815-850 and I would rather have a new motor box, it's 12$ with 6$ shipping and will take 2 days to get here. My motrol fly probably will take atleast wednesday to get here. i am not going to fly the 103g anyway because it just does not have the power for my to get out of thing really quick. Like I was coming out of a blender low, but I still had plenty of room to pull out of it if I had the 130g with 14x7 on there but with a 103g and 12x6 I was flying through the weeds alittle bit with full elevator.

I would put a piece of ply behind the broken firewall with some epoxy. Then just use the existing holes as a guide to drill through it after it's set up. It will be strong and won't add that much weight.

plus 1. thats a scratch not a bad thing tho if you wanna put a motor box in there. Good repair practice..Wouldnt be much to just tack it back into place either.Which is why this type of break is the best one..You have choices on how to repair and parts available from the manufacturer to replace..very cool.

Yep a scratch but make sure the motor shaft is not bent before you fly.

Fix that motorbox and keep the one you ordered for when it's worse next time Skarface.
