![]() I would just pop that back into place, hit it with thin ca, and then lay some popsicle sticks over the breaks. use medium ca or epoxy for the popsicle sticks. take the motor off first, though.

I would put a piece of ply behind the broken firewall with some epoxy. Then just use the existing holes as a guide to drill through it after it's set up. It will be strong and won't add that much weight.
