Planex,
I was flying my skyfun with the recommended Turnigy Motor, a 6x4 prop, a 3s Lipo rated at 30C and I was using all of this with the HK 50A RedBrick. At the end of my WOT flights, the motor and esc would come down cool to the touch. I would say if you are going to eventually move into 4s batteries, it may be best for you to purchase a bigger ESC. |

This ESC looks like the way to go, 80a burst is plenty 6x4 on 3s will be way under 60a, and 5.5x4.5 on 4s should be around the 50a mark? Won't be working overtime! |
