Most have pretty well sealed seams, but a smear of Goop wouldn't hurt. Then pay particular attention to where the cable emerges from the case -- again Goop does a good job. Finally, put Vaseline around the output shaft.
Note that it's not enough to waterproof the circuit board with CorrosionX or similar as the feedback pot is vulnerable to water (as I found out the hard way). So you must keep the water out of the servo case.
Analog are no different from digital for purposes of waterproofing, other things being equal.
Finally, pay attention to the way the servos are installed. Try to avoid putting them down in the bottom of the fuselage or other places where water may collect and remain for long periods.
