I have a black version with the long wingspan........is really a nice flying plane. Been flying this one for about 5-6 years now. I have the Stumax 110-52 on 10s or 12s in mine. My plane doesn't make as much noise as yours....in fact at a distance I can't hear it.
This plane has had many version over the years and started out as a fuel powered plane. Mine is all composite and yes....it flies very easy......wing-loading is light. I understand there is a new manufacture for the plane.

no I bought the moulds for next to nothing as Jim was going to get rid of them anyway. Just bought them to learn the layup of composites myself etc.. Don't intend to make them for somebody else, just don't have the time to do that, maybe in 7 to 8 years when I retire.
