Castle Creations ESC Identification Help

Someone gave me a Castle Creations ESC. It's probably about 3 or 4 years old, but it wasn't ever used. I have no idea what model it is. It was for a trex 450. The guy said he thought it was a 35A. Can anyone help?

That's a Phoenix-45, old style (about six-seven years old.)

Hey Patrick,

What about this one. CastleLink identifies it as "Phoenix-35/45 (F310)". I got it 5-7 years ago. Can't remember if I got it used so it could be even older.

Thanks,
Larry

Phoenix-35, third generation. It's maybe 5 years old.

Thanx!

Not trying to dispute the master and maker, and this is well before my time...but I'm pretty sure that second one is a 45. It has 13 gauge wires on the battery side and 16 gauge wire on the motor side. Double checked with Joe and he concurs. Thoughts Patrick?

Doh! You are right Thomas! That's a Phx-45, not a Phx-35...

I got this info from Thomas @ Castle

to check to see which one he has. If he does manual programming and sets setting 1 to option 1, he can tell which version he has. After he programs it to 1, 1 have him power it back up. If it does the Auto LiPo count then he has the Auto LiPo version; if it doesn't do the counts then he has the non-Auto LiPo version.
