Aaaaaargh!!!

Ok, I really really need some help. I broke down and bought a HH gyro. Futaba GY240. First flight was awsome. Tail held, I was a little wobbly, this thing hasn't flown right in a long time, but the nose stayed where I put it, just like my Raptor. Hovered out a battery pack. Next battery, nose pushes left. With full right stick, nose pushes left. Hard. What am I not seeing, guys? It flies fine every now and then, then this crap. I checked and played with the mesh of the gears for the tail, no luck. I am going out of my mind.

Make sure your transmitter is on, and rudder trim is centered before applying power to the Heli. Then wait at least 5 seconds for the gyro to stabilize before moving the heli. During the first 5 seconds or so, the GY240 senses the rudder signal, and uses that as the center position. Also make sure you don't have any revo mix enabled on your transmitter.

The usual checks. Check flybar paddles and, sometimes my swashplate comes apart and my heli flies in one direction only.

Also be sure your tail or gears to it are not slipping-
Remember?......................

it will spin CC without a tail rotor..

Wait- intermittant? sometimes ok? try bypassing the gyro to check the servo.. Also if it is the gyro I would think you would see it pushing the arm to the side even before you take off..

It's a HB. I think the mixer is going funky. Hopefully going seperates will help, and direct drive on the tail while I'm at it.
