2007/2008 Indoor Season Contest

Hi Folks,

I thought I'd start a discussion relating to this season's glider contest.

From the last newsletter:

"An indoor contest was discussed at some length. A glider contest was decided upon. The rules are very simple. The model is to be fabricated entirely from one sheet of 1/16th by 3 by 36 balsa. Nothing other than glue and weights will be allowed. The contest will be held at the January Meeting in the Gym, if it's available, otherwise in the Cafeteria."

My first question: What's the objective? Duration? Distance? Good Looks?

Jay,

Tasks will be varied and are unknown. A flexible, multi-purpose design will do best from what I can tell.
