The female tank commander is a custom figure made by a fellow who calls himself Jimbob wan.

He does all kinds of figures; some not appropriate for this venue I can tell you that... but also has an interest in RC tanks.

My King Tiger and Tiger 1

Heng long tanks...the King tiger was the first one I bought and I made expensive mistakes. I got the "cheap" model then spent much more upgrading. My recommendation is spend the money and get one, with AT LEAST the 2.4 ghz radio system. The cheaper radio systems almost made me quit the hobby because of having so many performance problems, the 2.4 system fixes them all! I can't emphasize that enough.
Metal gearbox is also very nice to have, if you find yourself driving the tank more then looking at it you will want the metal gearbox. and it is not that much more. Metal treads, are also nice and if you think you might want them in future it is very wise to get them on the tank already, the money you save is significant vs. fitting these later.

One last tip, the transmitters are very fragile, they can cost you a lot of money and trouble if you don't treat them like a box of eggs at all times...I even tied on a cord to the handle to hang the Tx around my neck when driving. Dropping a transmitter can kill it even once, so too can slapping the Tx to change the batteries, so please never do this. Never slap the Tx to remove the batteries always pry them out.

Hi all- Nothing super, super custom. Just Taigen's that have been weathered moderately.

The M41 has metal tracks, Idler wheel and gears, and the Tiger has metal gears.

I have way too much fun with these things!
