Thanks for the heads up. Looks like a nice device. The software support is great too.
I like the feature that allows you to select the NMEA sentences and their individual rep rate. You could get just $GPGLL or GGA (altitude) at 38400 baud and expend minimum time on data exchange.
The only drawback I can see is that you have to configure it just before it's flown. Or, you have to worry about a 'keep alive' battery.
Gotta talk myself into parting with another hundred bucks.
