Multiplex Acromaster - Needs Floats
I have an old Acromaster that I learned to fly aerobatics on that I want to convert to floats to fly off the water 1-block from my new office. It weights about 42 ox. RTF, has tons of power.
What size floats (foam) do I need and where do I get them?

which looks like an option. I'm kind of looking for EPO foam, though.

Definately not EPO foam - they do need a fiberglass or rigid shell of some type. But they finish up being very light if you are careful. I have a pair I made for a 16 pound gas model.
The site works for me. In fact yesterday I reminded myself I wanted a set of the little 10" micro floats for my UMX Beast and ordered them. Should be a hoot-and-a-half on floats. Sure is a hoot without them. I plan on using coffee-filters applied over epoxy and brushed smooth for the hard covering; then spray painted.
