it is still the WIP project. Dalibor is preparing parts needed for the build and Jiri is about to finish the LnS version of the Viking 2 E soon.

V2E Light and Strong arrived yesterday.
It is double carbon and it weights like single carbon 1650g.

Don't ask me about white nose Dalibor wanted her this way.

Can everybody ask Jiri to make available a bigger fuselage for this plane?!

So it will fit the bigger drive systems like the Hurricane! I want to be able to fit 5S+5S 3000mah Turnigy below the wing joiner to make the CofG.

If you think that is a lot then consider we really need 12S 3600mah in a plane this size to make it move like an F5B.

I am afraid it is not gonna happen anytime soon. With Jiri's actual 8 months lead time for new orders there is no reason to design a new bigger fuselage. He still needs to finish his NEO hotliner first. What your AUW is going to be with that 10S 3000?

I'm interrested in it to as mine is still not flying!

After much delibiration i decided against mounting the packs in the wings as my pair is not specially reinforced in the D-box area and after some use this area will get smashed up. So i was going to make a bigger fuselage for her some time as i can not be asked to fly her with only 3-4KW.

Jiri will always have plenty of orders. The same is true for many of the other manufacturers. If having plenty of orders is the only criteria to do something new then we would never see new stuff.

Why on the boards such capacitors are soldered?
Do I need it?
Maybe I can have someone helping hand.

The Viking I want a back-up battery or battery support block (Eneloop) if me once the BEC or the lipo goes up in smoke.
Has anyone in the Viking space Technically realized?

They are already on the first post of many questions. I hope something will be answered.

Vor wenigen Tagen wurde meine Viking 2 von Jiri geliefert.
Ein wirklich tolles Teil! Ich hoffe er gefällt.
Nur ganz habe ich die Installation der RC Anlage noch nicht verstanden. Sorry.
Schraubt Ihr das Brett, welches hinten zu den Höhenleitwerk Servos geht von unten am Rumpf fest?

Warum sind auf dem Brettchen solche Kondensatoren gelötet?
Brauche ich die auch?
Evtl kann mir ja jemand auf die Sprünge helfen.

Im Viking will ich ein Pufferakku bzw Stützakku (Eneloop) verbauen falls mir mal das BEC oder der Lipo abraucht.
Hat das schon jemand im Viking Platztechnisch realisiert?

Das sind schon für den ersten Beitrag viele Fragen.
Hoffe etwas wird beantwortet.
